The team swept the first place in Sustainability, Engineering, Energy Balance, Appliances, Lighting and Electronics. The winning Eco-House is the future energy sustainable architecture and engineered residential building in the circular carbon-free economy. Rene heads the Triton’s R&D and one of their products is the Smart Metre Circuit Breaker for residential building intended for the future smart grid. He previously served as research scientist for the World Health Organization Collaborating Center for Water Supply, Waste Disposal, and Air Quality in Thailand. Fred is a chemical scientist with industrial experience and expertise.
Amal Salim Al Rahbi, Ph.D. is one of the experts in Oman and the Gulf region in waste-to-hydrogen technology. She is at present a Lecturer, Chemistry Department at University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS) in the Sultanate of Oman. Dr. Amal has presented many researches for peer-review at conferences in Munich, Germany, Leoben, Austria, Nancy, France, Zaragoza, Spain and Athens, Greece from 2015 to June 2017 respectively. She is preparing more research materials for forthcoming international conferences in her field of study - conversion of waste materials to value added products such as hydrogen, syngas, and carbon. She is capable of operating and trouble shooting pyrolysis and gasification reactors.

Blair Bromley, Ph.D. is a Nuclear Engineering Scientist and Division Chair – Canadian Nuclear Society – Fusion Energy and Accelerator Science and Technology Division. Dr. Bromley is formerly a Reactor Physicist with Atomic Energy of Canada Limited and presently at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories. He serves as a Principle Investigator / Technical Lead on a number of multi-disciplinary Federal Science and Technology projects evaluating advanced fuels, fuel cycles and reactor concepts that are relevant for various Small Modular Reactor, micro-reactor, Gen-IV, and Gen-III + technologies. Blair has prior work experience at Bookhaven National laboratory and Los Alamos National Laboratory in the U.S. Blair has a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at University of Toronto, a M.Sc. degree in Aerospace Engineering from University of Illinois and a Ph.D in Nuclear Engineering at University of Illinois.

His MSc is in Bioprocess Technology at AIT Thailand, and BSc in Postharvest Technology at the University of the Philippines.
